We helped Google Cloud make a splash at SF Tech Week with "Rolling Cloud" – an experiential campaign that brought product demos and branded ice cream directly to the startup community.
THE CHALLENGE
Without a formal sponsorship at SF Tech Week, Google Cloud needed an authentic, high-impact way to engage the startup ecosystem. The challenge was to create a "must-see" moment that felt native to startup culture while showcasing the power of Google’s AI stack in a casual, approachable environment.
OUR APPROACH
We deployed a fleet of branded ice cream trucks near high profile tech events throughout the week. With the lure of ice-cream and by transforming the trucks into mobile demo labs, we used were able to showcase Google AI in real-time.
To ensure our brand presence was sharp, we used Google AI to rapidly generate and refine the truck’s visual wrap, ensuring a standout aesthetic that captured the attention of busy tech professionals.
This campaign drove significant brand engagement and startup interest, serving over 7K scoops across 13 events with 121K social views.
