As the title sponsor for VidCon 2025, YouTube required a series of high-impact sessions that anchored their 20th birthday and reaffirmed their leadership in the creator economy.

THE CHALLENGE

Produce a professional, content-heavy schedule – including a high-profile keynote – that engaged thousands of attendees while ensuring every session felt strategically aligned with YouTube’s broader business goals.

OUR APPROACH

We managed the production of 11 sessions, including sourcing and briefing 44 speakers.

We used NotebookLM to distill complex briefing documents, while Gemini helped to highlight key insights across the entire event track.

RESULTS

We engaged over 3,500 attendees. Our standing-room-only keynote attracted over 1,200 viewers, proving the event’s direct correlation to revenue growth and long-term brand authority.
